Vessel 75, topped with a maple syrup foam

This is a cocktail that really peaked my interest, I love Bourbon and maple syrup and the foam really makes it interesting. This cocktail is the signature cocktail of Vessel Seattle, where Jamie Boudreau was the former head mixologist.

Vessel 75

  • 3 oz Bourbon
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Top with Maple Syrup Foam

    Actually, Mr. Boudreau hasn’t worked at Vessel in almost 2 years.

    thanks, Janet will correct. It’s still their signature drink, but Jamie did leave.

    Just made this myself good flavor but my foam was a little wet, will cut the water in the foam recipe next time!
